You are scrambling, trying to get all your obligations met during a more-than-just-plain-hectic Christmas season, and lo, during the month of December, there is just one evening, a few days before the Christmas climax, that you have all to yourself. No evening meetings, no place to drop off the kids, no reason to stay late at the office, and no expectation of late-night support calls from the network. Just you and your honey, at home on a beautiful evening with winter in the air.
If you are me, then you will plug Scott Hamilton's Christmas Love Song into the machine, lie back on the beanbag, and sip hot wassail. Then, with scent of clove in the air and the room darkened to candlelight, you will listen to Hamilton's smooth-as-silk saxophone as he makes his way through your slow-dancing holiday favorites. Beginning with The Christmas Song, he will take you through a set of winter seasonals, ending this very nice collection with Christmas Love Song.
