Our Review

Carols by Candlelight, the new recording by The Choir of Magdalen College, Oxford, Bill Ives, director. And what an exquisite and haunting performance. Brother Matt might tell me that's the Holy Spirit. Possibly.

Whatever it is worked for me. I loved the augustness of the selections and the integral sound of the vocals. I'm not a regular at Pflugerville First United, so this beautiful Advent music was a welcome surprise. Kudos to all who had a hand in this venture!
